200万円・・・

皆さんゲストハウスを開業するうえで必要な資金はご存知ですか？
建物にもよりますが、平均で５００万円～６００万円は必要とされています。
（１千万円以上の資金をかけて開業したゲストハウスも中にはあります！）

そして、僕らの資金はまったくもって足りていないのが現状です。
僕らの手持ち金額は２００万円・・・
明らかに足りていません。
前回も投稿した通り、残さた選択肢はDIY(Do it yourself)で改築を進めていくこと。

さー、かなりの逆境に陥っておりますが、必ず乗り越えられると思います！
僕らと皆さんの力で！
夏は避暑地北海道で、ゲストハウス改築しましょう！笑

工事を頼んですぐ完成してしまうよりも、時間をかけて、たくさんの人と一緒に作った方が楽しいはず！
多くの人と完成のプロセスを共有したい＾＾

DIYは時間がかかりますが、費用をかなり抑えることができます。
この残された選択肢の中で、目標を叶える努力をしていきます！

Do you know how much you need to build a new backpacker's hostel?
You need about 5 million - 6 million to do that.
(Sometimes, there are some backpacker's hostels that it cost more than 10 million yen to build!)

And now, we don't have enough money to build a new backpacker's hostel.
We have only 2 million yen...
It's really clear that we are short of the money.
The rest of our choice is that we try to build a new backpacker's hostel ourselves.

Well... We are being faced with adversity, but I think we are sure to get over this situation with you!

I think it's more exciting to build a new backpacker's hostel with everyone than asking someone is professional.
I wanna shere the time when we build it together.

It'll spend a lot of time to build it ourselves, but we can save money than asking someone who are professional build it.
We are trying to achieve our purpose in the rest of the our choice.
